Wedding decoration for every function, planned and coordinated as one

A wedding is not one celebration, it's many, spread across days and functions, the haldi and mehndi, the sangeet, the ceremony under the mandap, the reception, and every entrance, stage and car in between. Each one has to look beautiful on its own, and together they have to feel like one wedding. Pulling that off through a dozen separate vendors is the quiet stress that eats a wedding week. HORA takes it off you. You share your functions and your vision, we design the whole wedding as one look, bring the right specialist teams to each setup, and coordinate them so everything is ready on time and nothing clashes. Book us for a single function or the entire celebration, at home, in a lawn or in a banquet hall, to any budget, across all 8 cities.

Every function we decorate

Each of these has its own setup, and you can book any one on its own or all of them together, before the wedding, on the wedding day, and after.

Before the wedding: an engagement and ring ceremony stage or backdrop for the ring exchange, bright marigold and floral setups for the haldi, colourful and playful decor for the mehndi, from a cosy home setup to a full stage, and a lively stage and dance-floor setup for the sangeet night.

The wedding day: the traditional mandap for the ceremony in fresh flowers, drapes or a themed design, the wedding and reception stage where the couple sits and the photos happen, a welcoming entrance and gate that sets the tone before guests walk in, and the couple's car dressed with fresh flowers and ribbons for the send-off.

After the wedding: a grand stage and hall setup for the reception evening, and a soft, romantic room setup for the couple's first night.

The details that tie a wedding together

Beyond the stages and the mandap, it's the smaller touches that make a wedding feel finished, and we plan those in from the start rather than bolting them on at the end. Warm lighting and festoon across the venue, fresh floral work through the spaces, table and centrepiece styling for the dining, a photo booth or a couple of fun corners for guests, and canopies or tenting for an outdoor function. Tell us the venue and the mood, and we build these into the design so the whole wedding feels considered, not just the main backdrops.

The hard part of a wedding is coordination, and that's what we own

Here's the thing we've learned running weddings. The setups that go wrong are rarely about one team's work, they're about coordination, the florist, the stage crew and the lighting team all arriving at different times and building looks that don't match. A wedding often needs several specialist teams, and the whole difference is whether someone is holding them together. That's our job. We bring the right people to each function, the flower artists for the haldi and mandap, the stage and lighting crews for the sangeet and reception, and we coordinate them into one coherent look on one timeline, with a single point of contact for you. You get to plan your wedding, not chase your vendors.

Every venue, from a home terrace to a banquet hall

We set up wherever your wedding happens. A haldi on the terrace or in the garden of a family home, a mehndi in the living room, a sangeet or reception in a banquet hall, a ceremony in a lawn or a farmhouse, or a full celebration across a hotel. Each venue shapes the design, so because our teams are local to all 8 cities, they know the spaces and plan the setup, the access and the timings around them.

We decorate for every wedding tradition

Weddings look different across communities, and we set up for all of them. Traditional Hindu ceremonies with a fresh-flower mandap and haldi, Muslim weddings including the nikah and walima, Christian weddings, and the many regional variations each family brings. Tell us your rituals and your customs when you plan with us, and we design around them rather than forcing a standard template onto your day.

Traditional, floral or themed, and any budget

Across the functions, you can go fully traditional with fresh flowers and rich colours, softer and floral with roses and greenery, or fully themed around a colour story. And a beautiful wedding doesn't have to be an expensive one, a large share of what we build is deliberately budget-friendly, focusing the spend on the stage and the entrance where it shows most rather than spreading it thin. Tell us your taste and your budget and we'll plan the most striking wedding we can within it.

How it works, from the first call to the last function

Share your plan: tell us your functions, dates, venues and a rough budget, along with any themes or references you love. We design it: you get a single coordinated design across all your functions and a clear, itemised price, with nothing hidden. We build and coordinate: the right specialist teams set up each function, and we hold the timeline together so every setup is ready before your guests and the rituals begin. Because good dates get booked out, we recommend enquiring a few weeks ahead for a full wedding so we can lock your dates and plan every function properly. For a single function, shorter notice is usually fine, and smaller setups can often be arranged same-day.

Why families book HORA for weddings

It comes down to a few simple things. Verified decorators in all 8 cities, one partner coordinating every function so nothing clashes on the day, honest pricing quoted to your plan with no surprises added later, fresh flowers sourced for the occasion, and real photographs from actual weddings rather than stock images. Thousands of celebrations set up, and a 5.0 rating from verified customers who mostly found us after one uneven experience elsewhere.

FAQ

Do you offer same-day balloon decoration in Bangalore?
toggle
Yes. As long as you book early in the day, same-day setups run across most of the city, and because we keep separate teams for East, South and North Bangalore, a booking in Whitefield doesn't wait on a decorator coming from Jayanagar. Sharing your area at booking helps us slot you in faster.
Which areas of Bangalore do you cover?
toggle
We cover Whitefield, Koramangala, HSR, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, Hebbal, Yelahanka and most other localities. Add your pincode at booking to confirm a slot in your area.
How much does balloon decoration cost at home?
toggle
It starts at Rs 1,499 for a simple setup, and most themed and premium looks land between Rs 2,500 and Rs 9,000. Where you fall in that range depends on three things: how many balloons the design uses and whether they're plain, chrome or foil, the extras you add like fresh flowers or a lit name board, and your city. You'll see the full price at booking, and it doesn't change on the day.
Do you offer same-day and midnight balloon decoration?
toggle
Yes to both. Same-day setups run in most areas as long as you book early in the day, so a birthday you only remembered this morning is still very doable. Midnight slots are popular for partner and close-friend surprises, and for those we ask for a few hours notice so we can line up a decorator and confirm availability in your city.
It's a surprise. How do you manage that without giving it away?
toggle
This is one of our most common bookings, so we've got it down to a routine. Tell us it's a surprise when you book, and we'll coordinate quietly with a family member, a flatmate or building security to get access. The decorator finishes the setup, sends you a confirmation photo, and is gone well before the celebrant arrives, so they walk into a fully decorated room with no idea how it got there.
What kinds of balloons do you use?
toggle
A mix, chosen to suit the design. Plain and chrome latex balloons build the arches and walls, foil balloons handle the name, the age number and any shapes like stars or hearts, and helium and ceiling balloons create the floating clusters. You don't need to specify any of this, the decorator simply brings the right combination for the setup and budget you choose.
Will the setup fit my room, and can I change the theme?
toggle
Yes on both counts. We plan every setup around your room size, so a compact 1BHK gets a single feature wall and ceiling clusters rather than arches crowding the floor, while a larger room can take a full backdrop. And the theme's entirely yours to shape. You can change the colours, the style, the name backdrop and the add-ons, and if you've seen something you like on Instagram or Pinterest, send it across and we'll tell you honestly how close we can get in your space.
Do you decorate venues and offices, or only homes?
toggle
Both. Homes and apartments are the bulk of what we do, but we also set up in hotels, banquet halls, farmhouses and offices. Just mention the venue when you book so the decorator can plan the access, the timing and the right scale for the space.
Is balloon decoration safe around babies and small children?
toggle
Yes, and we plan for it deliberately. Balloons are inflated away from the seating, everything's secured so nothing can fall, and loose balloons and small parts are kept out of reach. For a newborn or a first birthday, let us know and we'll keep the setup gentle and clear of the baby's area, and skip anything strongly scented nearby.
Which cities does HORA cover?
toggle
We cover Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, with a dedicated decorator team in each so same-day service is genuinely available and not just promised.
How long does the setup take, and do you clean up afterward?
toggle
Most setups take 60 to 90 minutes to install, and a larger or more detailed design a little longer. The cleanup's always included, so once your event's over the decorator clears the balloons, the props and the tape, and leaves your space exactly as it was.
