How booking works

It takes three steps. First, choose your occasion and a package for the hours your event runs. Then confirm online with a small advance, and we'll assign a verified photographer near you who has shot your kind of event before. On the day, your photographer turns up on time, your edited photos arrive the way you asked for them, and you pay the balance only after the shoot.

Pick the package that fits the occasion

Every package can be customised to your event's length, theme and style, but here's where most people start:

• Traditional photography: posed family and group photos, the rituals and the key moments. It's how most families like a pooja or a function covered.
• Candid photography: natural, unposed shots of people being themselves. This is the one people pick for birthdays, baby showers and anything with kids running around.
• Pro photography: our premium photo package, for when you want the most complete coverage of the day.
• Videography: video coverage of your event, on its own or alongside a photo package.

Book the time you actually need

Most photographers sell days, but most events don't need one. With HORA you book by the hour. An hour is enough for a cake-cutting or a quick family portrait, two or three cover a pooja or a small get-together, a longer slot suits a bigger function, and a full team handles a multi-day wedding. Why a two-hour event shouldn't cost you a full day

Think about a first birthday, a naming ceremony or a newborn session. None of them usually runs past a couple of hours, yet the standard answer from most photographers is a full-day package, so you end up paying for hours nobody uses. Booking by the hour fixes that. You get the same quality of photographer for the time your event really takes, and you pay only for that time. Save the full-day coverage for the occasions that actually fill a day.

A photoshoot near you, or in our studio

Your photographer can come to your home, your society clubhouse, a banquet hall or an outdoor spot you love. And if you'd rather have proper lighting, backdrops and props, you can book a session at our photography studio, available in every city we cover. Maternity, newborn, baby and family portraits look especially good there.

Pricing

Packages start at Rs 3,000, and most small events can be covered for under Rs 5,000. Every package lists what's included, you pay a small advance to confirm, and the balance only after the shoot. Weddings sit at the premium end, but you'll still see everything included before you book.
